Information you share

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, service interest, project description, and any timing information you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information.

How we use it

Great 6 Contracting uses your information to review your inquiry, contact you about your project, and manage related communications. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. Cloudflare also provides website hosting and Turnstile spam protection. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information to assess automated activity. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Security and retention

The form uses encrypted connections, server-side validation, and restricted database access. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions; it is not saved with your inquiry. Inquiry records are retained for project follow-up and related business needs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics. Cloudflare’s security services may use technical information or necessary security storage.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss this policy, email estimate@great6.ca or call (416) 520-4444. You can also contact us without using the form.
